Who we are
Spina.co.za is the responsible party for personal information processed through this site, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Visit data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver and protect the site.
- Emails you send us. Your email address and message, so we can reply.
We do not run accounts, newsletters or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter bots.
Operator sites
When you follow a link to Goldrush, Gbets or Scorebet you leave our site, and that operator’s privacy policy applies. Operators may report to us how many people joined through our links. That reporting does not give us your name or contact details.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site, or where the law requires it.
Information outside South Africa
Cloudflare may process visit data on servers outside South Africa, under data protection terms that meet POPIA’s requirements for cross-border transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need to deal with them, then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@spina.co.za. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator.
Under 18s
This site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
